Digital Product Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final after successful download.
However, refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same product.
- The purchased file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- The product significantly differs from its description or advertised features.
- A technical issue caused by our system prevents delivery of the purchased product.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchases.
- Lack of knowledge on how to use the product.
- Compatibility issues that were clearly mentioned before purchase.
- Failure to read the product description or system requirements.
- Requests made after downloading and using the product without a valid reason.

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase and include:

- The email address used for the purchase.
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
We review all requests individually and typically respond within 2–5 business days.
